It’s very important to us that our psychiatric services as accessible as possible. That’s why we accept insurance. Also our self pay rates are less than most other clinics.   • On rare occasions the self-pay rate is slightly less than than the reimbursement rate by insurance. If this occurs, we must use utilize the contracted insurance rate to comply with insurance contracts. Typically patients only mind this when they have not yet met their insurance deductible for the year, but rest assured, if this is the case any amount paid will go toward meeting your deductible.

Definition of an Insurance Deductible:

  • Simply put, a deductible is the amount of money that the insured person must pay before their insurance policy starts paying for covered expenses. Most Insurances have a deductible, and the deductable typically start when they enroll in a new insurance, and often resets at the beginning of every calender year.
